Terms of User Services

Wherever there is a community, there'll be certain expectations of acceptable behavior among its participants. Below is a description of our acceptable terms of user service. Please bear in mind that this is a privately owned chat room. Your access to this room is a privilege not a right. Any and all security measures that need be taken will be taken at the sole discretion of the site administrator's and/or its owner. The severity of the reaction will again be determined solely by the sites administrators and/or its owner. By entering this site you agree to abide by its terms of service. • Screen Floods- are forbidden within our environment. A screen flood will is considered repetitive posting of images or text consisting of more than 3 lines or successive images. Any member flooding the screen will be removed from chat without discussion.

• Threats to the security of the site or server are strictly forbidden. The same will apply to threats of hacking another guests system,  threats of an illegal nature. Threats to the well being of another members home life. Any or all of the above may result in transcripts being turned over to the proper authorities for prosecution. These acts  will certainly net the user an ejection from this site and can lead to permanent ban determined by severity. 

• Publicizing the personal information of another guest will not be tolerated in any form. Personal information constitutes: name, address, phone number, IP address, illicit pictures, detailed medical history, url of someone else's information (without their consent) etc..  Publishing this information will net the user a permanent ban from the site, without question or intervention. 

• As this site contains adult oriented conversations and images you must be at least 18 yrs of age (21 in some states) to utilize this service. We consider some material at this site to be unsuitable for the viewing of minors.

• Stalking of others, in our chat rooms or in another manner, is a serious offense. In many areas, such behavior is considered to be a criminal act. We reserve the right to release information to the proper authorities, because of a violation of our standards, or because of unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, and if we deem it necessary or appropriate.

• Discussions which violate either state or federal law are prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, child pornography, abuse of minors, threats to governments or local officials, threats to the masses. This site records transcripts. Should any discussion of these type of events occur proper authorities will be forwarded copies of all pertinent logs to include the actual conversation, trace log information, identifying IP address of the user. As a user of this site you agree to the recording of these transcripts as well as their potential release as deemed appropriate by the site owner.

We want your visit here to be enjoyable. If you have questions about our terms of service, or need to report a violation, ask a NiteShare staff member to help you. We reserve the right to immediately terminate, suspend or permanently restrict  access to our chat for conduct that we believe interferes with other peoples' enjoyment of the room. We also reserve the right to amend or change these guidelines at any time and without notice.

The site owner will maintain the right to restrict access to this site at any given moment,amend or modify a post without explanation. Again, your presence in NiteShare  is a privilege NOT your right. 

This site is governed by all applicable state and federal laws. As such we reserve the right to terminate any discussion that we believe may be in violation of those laws.
